Q. I love what I see and I am ready to book, how do I reserve my date?
A. We ask that you first complete our questionnaire. We do require a non refundable deposit that varies based on your package. Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding. If your date is less than 30 days out, payment in full is due at the time of booking.
Q. Can I pick a location that you don’t have listed?
A .If you are booking the Drunk in Love package you are free to suggest a location that is not on our list. We have done coffee shop elopements and even at a tattoo shop! We would love to hear your idea!
Q. Do I have to wear a wedding dress or tux?
A. A formal wedding dress or tux is NOT a requirement! I really feel as though you should wear whatever makes you feel the most beautiful (even if that is jeans and t-shirt)
Q. I live outside of the Dallas area, will you travel to me?
A. Yes! Let's discuss it. We LOVE to travel. Note: There will also be a travel and lodging fee.
Q. Can I provide my own officiant?
A. Yes! Having your friend, family member or your own pastor is a great idea to personalize your wedding. The person must be ordained in order to marry you. *This does not change the package price.
Q. What if I select an outdoor location and it rains?
A. We have a backup location (based on availability that you can book for $100.00 if it does not rain we will refund you $50 as a courtesy.
All packages are non-reschedulable due to lack of not booking a backup location and it rains and non refundable.
Q. Can I pick my own decor?
A. We choose venues that do not require any decor. They are beautiful on their own! This helps keep our prices low. If you would like to add on decor we can arrange that with our design team( there will be a fee to add decor based on your vision)
Q. Can I bring my own photographer?
A. We do not allow outside photography. We are together for short and sweet time, we want to focus on providing you the most amazing experience possible and we can't do that if we are competing with your guests to take your picture. No worries though! There will be time for your guests to get selfies with you!
Q. How do I get my photos after my wedding?
A. About 2-3 weeks after your big day you will get a link that contains high resolution digital images. You will be able to download and order prints if you like from the link.
Q. What about wedding day treats?
A. Most of our packages include cake, cookies or cupcakes for up to 25 guests. If the package you select does not and you would like to add them on, just let us know! We can get pricing for you.
Q. What if I need to cancel my wedding or change the date?
A. We understand that unforeseen events may alter your wedding plans, we do allow you to reschedule your date on the Drunk in Love or Crazy in Love packages only if you give at least 30 day notice. This is subject to availability in our schedule. We DO NOT offer refunds on any of our packages.
Q. What if I delete the link to my images?
A. We keep all images for 1 year and will replace for a $50 fee.
Q. What if I want more guests than the package allows?
A. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, wallet friendly ceremony and to keep our prices low 25 is our max guest count.
Q. What if I bring more than allowed guests for my wedding?
A. Your wedding will not take place until the contracted max number of guests are there. We will not extend the wedding due to you having to choose who gets to stay. *Plus it makes things super awkward* We find that nowadays, the actual ceremony is usually a much smaller affair than the reception. Many of our brides have their ceremony in the earlier part of the day, then have a blow out party in the late afternoon or evening. The ceremony would be parents, immediate family and best friends. This allows for a fuller day, with a chance to take pictures afterwards around Dallas landmarks, or go to a luxury restaurant to a select amount of guests. The after party, whether at a house, hotel, restaurant, dance hall, club etc. will be for non-immediate family and friends. Or skip the reception and after the restaurant hop on a plane to the Bahamas or Italy!*
Q. Can we write our own vows?
A. Yes!! We encourage it.
Q. Are kids included in the guest count?
A. Yes. Ages 0-and up are included in the guests count.
Q. Did we see you on the news?
A. Yes! We were featured on the CW33.
Q. Do I need to bring my marriage license?
A. If you would like the ceremony to be legal then yes, if you are doing a commitment ceremony or vow renewal then no.
